SUPPLIER NOTE

Renovation
As part of our ongoing renovation and upgrade program to the Ozone Hotel Kangaroo Island, the following works will occur from 1st May to mid-August, 2025:

•   The Chapman Building fire safety services will be upgraded with a sprinkler system being installed throughout the Historic building.
•   Zone Restaurant, kitchen and serving area will be closed for renovations during winter (1st May to mid August 2025). The works will include upgrade to the kitchen, upgrades to the decor in service areas and new carpet installation.
•   The restaurant operations will continue in the Nepean Bay Room daily for a full buffet breakfast, and a reduced menu for lunch and dinner.
•   Winch Bar will operate daily as normal.
•   The Chapman Building - Heritage Standard and Heritage Sea View Rooms will be closed during the above restaurant renovations to reduce any inconvenience to guests.
