Supplier info
Guests are encouraged to wear closed-in shoes with tread on the soles. The Estate is located in a forest with wildlife and insects and it’s safest to wear closed in shoes. The gravel roads that wind through the Estates can be slippery and require shoes with good grip.

Check IN: 3.00pm
Check OUT: 10.00am

If guests arrive between 3:00pm and 5:00pm, collection of keys is available from the Cellar Door. For arrivals after 5:00pm, instructions for key access will be emailed 1 week prior to arrival.

Damages and responsibilities
Damages and additional cleaning charges are the sole responsibility of the guests checking in. If extra cleaning is necessary for any of our accommodations or their surroundings, a minimum fee of $300 will be applied to your booking. This includes pet hair removal, sheet damage, marked walls, and soiled carpets, among others. Damage to the property will incur an additional fee, charged per affected item. Travel insurance is advisable for all guests travelling.
