Enjoy aerial views over the World Heritage Listed Kakadu National Park as the sun heads towards the horizon on a 60-minute scenic flight departing from Cooinda.
Using high wing planes with a guaranteed window seat, sit back and take in the majesty of Australia's largest National Park whilst absorbing the informative commentary.

Highlights include Passing over the astounding Mt Brockman, heading through to cultural rock forms such as Nourlangie Rock and Lightning Dreaming. Fly over and around the Arnhem Land Escarpment passing the Ranger Uranium Mine across to the Magela Floodplains. Take in the majesty of South Alligator Rivers and one last view of Yellow Waters before landing with lifelong memories.

Important information:
Weight: All passenger weights must be advised at time of booking. Please do not be offended or concerned. Kakadu Air operates light aircraft and take-off weight is a safety issue. We will not fly over weight or compromise safety. Due to the safety and weight / balance of the aircraft, we have a weight limitation of 130kg per person.
Weather conditions: Flights are subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, passengers will be given the option of an alternative time and/or date.
Check in: All flights require a check in 30 minutes prior to the advertised departure time. A late departure is likely to affect passengers on following flights. Our goal is to remain on time, if arrival is likely to be delayed please inform us urgently. We may be able to offer alternative options.
Minimum numbers: All flights are confirmed with a minimum of 2 passengers unless otherwise stated. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative.
Flight paths and duration: All flight times are approximate. Routes and flight paths may vary due to weather and traffic control or at the pilot’s discretion.
Kakadu Air respects the “Kakadu National Park managements” voluntary code of conduct known as the “The fly neighbourly policy”. This policy limits flights to a certain minimum height above terrain, and distance lateral from about 30 locations in Kakadu. Jim Jim and Twin falls are two of these locations. These Falls are viewed freely in our WET SEASON flights as the roads are closed. In the DRY SEASON when the roads are open there are no flights over Jim Jim and Twin Falls.

For Flights departing ex Cooinda: Cooinda reception area, where a Kakadu Air representative will meet passengers and transfer to the Airport by minibus. Private vehicle access to the airport, which is on private property, is dissuaded.
